It can be wrapped around the hook, twisted to form detached bodies for mayflies, or burned to create caddis heads. A common use are tags on nymph patterns. It can also be picked apart for smaller nymph bodies, emerger shucks, or wing posts, as well as tails, ie woolly worms, where you need good sinkability. 2 strand construction, in 3 yd. coils.
