Teeny’s Floating Fly Lines

Jim Teeny fly lines are well known for easy casting. Roll casting and mending are very effective ways of using Teeny’s Floating Weight Forward Fly Lines. Weight Forward lines are good for all around situations and for reaching out long distances. Due to their long head sections, they don’t deliver flies delicately.  On the Teeny Floating line, the first 8 feet are tapered followed by 27 feet of a larger diameter. After a short taper, the line finishes in a smaller diameter for those long casts.

The line has a taper identical to the SA Sharkwave GPX and performs very similar. It is a heavier line than the SA, so it will not perform as well on softer rods. But Teeny’s Floating Weight Forward Fly Lines is truly a great all-around floating line.
